Education

ALA offers a number of continuing education programs to help members stay current on a variety of topics.  Some ways you can obtain learning units are:

Live programs - Usually these are lunch or dinner meetings which each chapter will hold at least 6 times per year.  We offer some half day programs as well throughout the year.

Webinars - These are one hour lunchtime programs conducted Central Standard time (CST) via the web for convenience.

Annual Conference and Product Show - This one day live event held in October provides business, technical and other relevant programs delivered by leading industry professionals, so architects can earn up to 6 LU's.

Article in Licensed Architect -  Each issue of Licensed Architect includes a continuing education article for architects to read and submit a test for grading by the ALA office.
