Presenter: Ben Johnson PE SE, Associate, SOM
As a project engineer at SOM, Ben has worked on buildings such as the Al Hamra Tower in Kuwait, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati and the recently completed Timber Tower Research Project.

This presentation will give an overview of 
the recent developments in mass-timber technology, and how it was utilized for the prototypical system proposed in the Timber Tower Research Project.
