We will cover which marketing and business development tactics deliver the most ROI for small firm architects - and why - and how you can structure time for each in your busy schedule. Specific and manageable daily, weekly and monthly tasks will be discussed to help bring clarity to the ambiguous process of attracting new, profitable clients. We will also cover success stories of how other small firm architects have used similar tools to shape their business.
