This webinar will offer a practical action plan for business development in 2018. We will cover which marketing and business development tactics deliver the most ROI for small firm architects - and why - and how you can structure time for each in your busy schedule. Specific and manageable daily, weekly and monthly tasks will be discussed to help bring clarity to the ambiguous process of attracting new, profitable clients. We will also cover success stories of how other small firm architects have used similar tools to shape their business. 

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the cycle of new business development; specifically how much effort and lead time is required to cultivate new client relationships.
2. Learn how to evaluate the "quality" of a new lead to the best prospects can be prioritized.
3. Establish daily, weekly and monthly marketing/development actions and evaluation metrics.
4. Understand how to set a realistic budget for marketing and business development.
