2025 ALA Virtual Training: Sexual Harassment Prevention & Bystander Intervention
Join us on October 8, 2025, for a Virtual Training Session addressing Sexual Harassment Prevention and Bystander Intervention, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Central Time. Presented by Joshua Levy and Michael Gregory from Husch Blackwell, this session meets Chicago’s EMPLOYEE annual training requirements and is recommended for all employees and managers to foster safer, more respectful workplaces.

Sexual Harassment Prevention (1 hour): (1 Hour required by the state of Illinois)

Employees: 1-hour training to meet Chicago and other regional mandates.

Managers/Supervisors: 1-hour training tailored to leadership responsibilities, fulfilling Chicago’s annual requirement. (2 hours are required; attend the session on September 30 to complete the hours)

Bystander Intervention (1 hour): Learn strategies to safely intervene and prevent harassment, required for all Chicago employees and managers.
