This training fulfills Illinois Architect License Renewal Requirements and is approved for 1 LU by ALA and AIA.

Illinois and Chicago-Specific Training Requirements:
- Illinois State Law: All Illinois employers must provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees, including part-time employees and interns. Independent contractors should also be considered for training based on their interaction levels and time spent on-site.
- City of Chicago Law: Chicago requires annual sexual harassment prevention and supervisor training for all employees. Independent contractors are strongly encouraged to complete the training.
