Demographic, home ownership and lifestyle trends are making residential elevators increasingly common and highly sought after in years to come. Design options for residential elevators are endless. Residential elevators can be designed as a unique architectural centerpiece, a focal point of the home, or made nearly indistinguishable by matching seamlessly to the home’s décor. This seminar will cover the many options now available, and discuss proper design and installation for your building type and needs.

Learning Objectives:
1. Review the laws and standards that govern and dictate the use of accessibility conveyances
2. Explain the application of standards used in manufacturing, design and installation of accessibility conveyances
3.Review the components of accessibility conveyances and discuss how they apply to everyday use
4. Understand the best conveyance application based on building type and accessibility needs
