Join ALA for this 1 hour informative webinar...Loss Prevention through Better Communication
This webinar explores poor communications as the single biggest non-technical factor that gives rise to an environment in which a technical error can occur and result in a claim against an A/E firm. The presenter will discuss communication techniques to implement and avoid. Architects will learn about real life examples of claims created (or made much worse) by bad communication practices.
