Association of Licensed Architects
This webinar will cover the States' CE requirement in Ethics for architects licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
In this webianar attendees will engage in a discussion regarding the basic ethical rules which apply to all licensed Architects and apply those rules to hypothetical situations. Mr. Heiberg will use actual ethical situations which Architects face in modern practice such as Multi-jurisdictional practice, conflicts of interest, plan certification, ethical marketing, and licensing compliance. In looking at these situations and the applicable ethical rules we will discuss appropriate responses to protect your reputation and license. The webinar will focus particularly on some of the changes to the rules adopted by the Minnesota Board in October of 2019 and if these changes have an impact on previous guidance from the state. Mr. Heiberg will also discuss Wisconsin’s rules of Professional Conduct in AE-8, particularly where those rules differ from Minnesota.
