Learn the value of the ALA contracts in this FREE 1 hour webinar.   

ALA recently updated and released the 2020 versions of its standard form contract documents.  The new and revised documents include five owner-architect forms, three owner-contractor forms, four architect-consultant agreements, as well as related documents.

This webinar will focus not only on the changes, but also provide an overview on the use of the forms and legal implications.
Learning Objectives:
1. Learn how to confidently negotiate an Architect's agreement for professional services
2. Discuss how to properly prepare a professional service agreement
3. Review how to handle Change Orders, Construction Change Directives, and the Architect's progress payments
4. Learn how to handle any potential disputes that may arise during the course of a project.
