ALA is pleased to offer the recording of our highly recommended webinar, "Record Retention for Architects" with Josh Levy and Eric Meier of Husch Blackwell.
There are many reasons that a proper record retention policy is a "must." In today's digital age, it is not as easy as maintaining paper files and records. The universe of your digital work is subject to discovery in litigation and firms have a corresponding duty to preserve the records. This program will explain why you need a policy, what records must be identified and preserved, and offer best practices and protocols for discarding older records.
