This course will provide an overview of residential and commercial codes and standards relative to the fenestration industry including key energy performance trends now and into the future.
 
Learning Objectives:
1: Learn how fenestration manufacturers are involved in the Code and Standards Development Process
2: Gain an understanding of the U.S Model Code Change and Adoption Process
3: Discuss the Current Codes Adopted Across the US Today
4: Analyze trends and how fenestration manufacturers are stepping up to the more stringent requirements. 

Presenter: Brad Fevold is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Marvin Windows and Doors.  Brad started with Marvin in 1989 and for much of his career led product development and research, supporting new product introductions and assuring products were certified and compliant. That led him to his current role today, bridging product strategy with a collaborative leadership role within the code and standards development environment.
