Details for Exhibitors
ALA is excited to offer an effective and interactive experience for our exhibitors during the virtual conference, to be held Nov. 4, 5 and 6, 2020, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. each day. The cost to exhibit is $925 for members and $1,050 for non-members.
Once you've registered as an exhibitor, all you need to do is build your profile. Include information such as new or existing products and services, booth personnel, company videos, and more. Include the same information you would display at a live event. For more information on how to set up your profile, please reference the video at the bottom of this page.
The exhibit hall will be featured before, during and after the virtual conference. Various raffles will be held during the event, encouraging attendees to engage with exhibitors. The virtual exhibit hall also includes a chat feature allowing exhibitors to interact directly with visitors during the conference, as well as a contact form for information requests. The exhibit hall will remain on alatoday.org for six months after the conference.
ALA is using Map Dynamics as our virtual exhibit hall software. Through the Map Dynamics platform, the exhibit hall will be set up on alatoday.org once the exhibitor profiles are finalized. Names will be placed on each booth before the launch, and there will be a convenient alphabetical list of exhibitors to the left of the floorplan.
Map Dynamics has prepared a short video on how to build your profile. You can view it now - it's only four minutes long.
Profiles should be completed by Sep. 21 so that the virtual exhibit hall can by launched by Oct. 1.
