Jason DeVries, AIA, an architect at Iowa based INVISION Architecture for 16 years, has served as lead designer on numerous award-winning projects across various market sectors, including civic, corporate industrial, health and wellness, higher education, and K-12. His hands-on approach has elevated design quality across the firm, and he actively mentors in the studio, sharing his extensive knowledge of construction and the built environment.

Recently promoted to Principal, Jason is focused on enhancing strategic initiatives related to high quality design, client satisfaction, and project performance metrics, offering insights to continue building the reputation of the firm.

Outside of INVISION, Jason has dedicated a decade to volunteering with the American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter. He has served on the Convention Committee, chaired three subcommittees, including Facilities, Awards, and Keynote Speakers, and co-chaired the Iowa Chapter Convention in 2020. Jason is passionate about delivering high quality designs within clients' budgets, advocating that exceptional design does not necessarily need to cost more.
