This program will explore some of the common plan review comments. The presentation will include a rationale for the comment, how to respond and where the information requested can be found in the building code. The review comments that will be presented are from the plan reviews that are performed by the instructor’s company.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Discuss the requirements for a design professional seal and the design firm number.
2. Identify the requirements for a fire sprinkler system technical submission.
3. Explain how to locate the source of information for a ventilation schedule.
4. Study and explain commonly missed items not included on a set of plans.
