Ronald Spellich is a registered Professional Engineer with 38 years of experience focused on design, manufacturing, fabrication, testing and installation and of glass and aluminum fenestration systems. He also has experience with many other types of building facade components, including concrete and light-gauge framing exterior wall systems utilizing brick, honeycomb/foam insulated metal panels and EIFS.
He works closely with Owners, Property Managers, Building Engineers, Architects and Contractors to provide practical, value-oriented technical solutions that benefit their projects.
His experience includes retail, residential, commercial, institutional, museum, restaurant, hospitality, healthcare and religious buildings. His responsibilities include investigative analysis, survey, testing and troubleshooting of interior and exterior glazing systems.
Additionally, his responsibilities have included designing repairs, developing construction documents, and providing construction phase services for exterior wall repair and replacement work.
