Mr. Schwarz has been practicing architecture for 37 years and has been licensed since 1981. During this time, he has been involved in all phases of the Architectural process, from initial conceptual planning, zoning, and design through final construction. The types of projects for new construction, remodeling and renovation have varied greatly ranging from residential projects, military housing, custom homes, commercial office, and retail, recreational, institutional, and governmental.

His diversity of experience has given him the strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and building systems as well as an imaginative sense of design principles and aesthetics. This knowledge promotes excellent communication skills that enable him to effectively manage the teamwork with clients and consultants providing a smooth transition of all phases of the design and construction process.

He supervises the creation of the construction documents including working drawings and specifications and is responsible for over-seeing construction administration.
